You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking HERE. You will then be unsubscribed immediately and no more direct debits will be made.

about MY ORDER

Once your order has been processed by our team, you will receive an email to track your order in real time and find out the delivery date.
We do not have the possibility to modify your order. We invite you to reorder and send an e-mail to customer service.

about delivery

Delivery times are approximately 10 to 15 working days for standard delivery.

You have two delivery options:

  • Standard delivery at 9.99
  • FREE delivery when you become a VIP CLUB member

about payments

When you purchase online using your credit card all of your information is entered into a secure SSL web page. Your information is then SSL encrypted and sent directly to our payment service provider's network where your card and transaction are authorised and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers at all.

We accept all major credit cards. However, we do not accept cheques, money orders or bank transfers.
